Welcome to Liquid Magic . These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Website and the purchase of any products (stoep paint) from us. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Products and Orders (Stoep Paint)
2.1. Product Description: We sell stoep paint and related products. While we endeavour to ensure that product descriptions, including colours and volumes, are accurate, colour representation may vary depending on screen settings.
2.2. Application Disclaimer: The final result of using our stoep paint is heavily dependent on factors outside of our control, including but not limited to: surface preparation, application technique, and environmental conditions (e.g., temperature and humidity). Liquid Magic is not responsible for any paint application failures or unsatisfactory results arising from improper use or external factors.
2.3. Order Acceptance: All online orders are invitations to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including unavailability of stock or errors in pricing/product information. A contract of sale is only concluded when you collect the product(s) from our premises.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1. Pricing: All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT, where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice.
3.2. Payment: We accept online payments processed via iKhokha or through other methods indicated at checkout. By placing an order, you warrant that you are legally authorized to use the payment method provided.
4. Collection Policy (No Shipping)
4.1. Collection Only: Liquid Magic operates on a collection-only basis. We do not offer any shipping or delivery services.
4.2. Collection Point: All products purchased must be collected from our designated store location at 3 Edward Street, Pietermaritzburg.
4.3. Transfer of Risk: Risk of loss or damage to the product passes to you immediately upon collection of the product from our premises. It is your responsibility to ensure the product is safely secured and transported from that point onwards.
4.4. Collection Requirements: You must present proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) and a valid form of identification upon collection.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1. Standard Returns (Change of Mind): You may return any product within 7 days of the date of purchase/collection, provided the product: * Is returned in its original, unopened packaging. * Is in its original, unused, and resalable condition. * This is in line with the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA) where applicable.
5.2. Defective Products (CPA): If the stoep paint is found to be defective, unsafe, or unsuitable for its intended purpose within 6 months of collection (as defined by the Consumer Protection Act), you have the right to request a repair, replacement, or refund, at your election. We may arrange for inspection to confirm the defect.
5.3. Refund Process: Refunds will be processed using the original payment method (iKhokha) within 15 business days of receiving the returned item, provided the return conditions are met.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Website (liquidmagic.co.za), including text, graphics, logos, images, and the stoep paint product names, is the property of Liquid Magic (Pty) Ltd and protected by South African and international copyright laws.
